AHR Expo will be held Feb. 3-5, 2020 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Come see us at 1961. Don’t hesitate to stop by, say hello and learn about important HVAC industry issues and information. 

A Commitment to Education

Our goal for the expo is to help educate HVAC professionals about new efficiency and emission standards and how Modine is working to meet them. Across the globe, governmental bodies and businesses in private sector share the common goal of working to reduce our carbon footprint. 

Modine takes that goal very seriously and is always working to meet or exceed new standards designed to reduce emissions and increase energy efficiency. During the AHR Expo, our experts will offer discussions and learning experiences concerning some of these standards and how our HVAC technology can help address them.

On the Agenda

During the expo, we’ll be available to discuss information on several topics related to efficiency standards and regulations:

• An overview of how the new Atherion Commercial Packaged Ventilation Unit, Model MPR, which includes a high-efficiency condensing gas furnace, can help meet efficiency standards.
• A discussion of the AHRI 920-2019 ventilation standard, a pending Department of Energy regulation, that establishes a process for certified dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) testing and a clearer definition of efficiency ratings.
• Information about the DOE’s 11 Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) standard and how Modine’s HVAC technology for schools complies with the regulations. 
• A discussion of the ASHRAE 90.1 regulations related to ventilation and how Modine’s FPV CO2 sensor technology can be used to meet the standards.
